Jack Foster knew that he was lucky to be alive. Being placed in a correction camp for what was called confused youth, he learned the hard way and at a young age the diabolical evils of the world he lived in. Dr. Patrick Edwards is a well-respected psychiatrist. Unlike many of his colleagues of the modern age, he got into the mental health profession to help others and not make an easy buck. The care and treatment of his patients are more important to him than anything, and one patient in particular proves to be a bit more difficult than his others. When Jack goes for a weekend retreat with his doctor, he has no idea the challenges he will be met with. As the days stretch into nights the doctor-patient roles begin to change, and suddenly they're both forced to face the possibility that there might be more than meets the eye to their relationship.
