Lila Monclair's bed & breakfast has tanked after a ghostly woman in 1940's style dress was spotted by workers and guests. Human bones found at the excavation site only add to the rumors that The Monclair Inn is haunted, leaving Lila with unfinished construction and no customers. When Jack comes face to face with the spirit at the inn, he offers to find out who the female was and help her cross over to the spiritual realm.
