It was a crisp autumn day in Redwood City, as mourners gathered for the outdoor funeral service of beloved local businessman, Henry Pritchett. Among the crowd sat Walter Jenkins, a retired police detective known for his keen observational skills and penchant for solving mysteries. Flanked by his closest friends, Maggie and Tom, Walter watched solemnly as the minister delivered the eulogy. As the minister's voice resonated in the crisp autumn air, a sudden gust of wind swept through the crowd, rustling the colorful leaves that blanketed the ground, along with the dead redwood needles that often accompanied them. Walter adjusted his fedora and leaned in to whisper to Maggie and Tom, Something doesn't sit right with me about this whole affair. Henry was no ordinary businessman, and I can't shake the feeling that there's more to his passing than meets the eye.Maggie shot him a concerned glance while Tom furrowed his brow, You think foul play was involved, Walt?Walter nodded thoughtfully, his mind already beginning to churn with possibilities. I can't say for certain just yet, but I intend to find out. Let's pay our respects for now and then do a little digging of our own once the service is over.Suddenly, a gunshot pierced the air, shattering the somber atmosphere.
