They all came to Paradise Island. They arrived by plane and ship, some to live, some to work, but most to vacation. It was, in the words of a fulsome brochure issued by the islands tourist office, a heaven on earth, where you can relax, forget the world outside and indulge all your passions. But the people who lived on the other side of the island had a different name for it. They called it Hell Island. Far from the picture postcard world maintained for tourists by a harsh military dictatorship, was another world, where bondage and bordellos, sex and sensuality, vice and vicarious punishments awaiting innocent young women who foolishly stray from the haven of the tourist spots to see Paradise Island's forbidden dark side. For such women often encounter the Whore Master, and soon lose both their innocence and their lives. A shocking depiction of the seamy underside of the tripical vacation lands most tourists never see - and should always be wary of.
