Repressed Memories — Susan Hart

Repressed Memories is an erotic thriller novel about two major case files for FBI agent Lili Foxworthy, and her fellow rookie agent and husband, actor Peter von Rabenhorst. Quantico sends them on the hunt for a high-end and very deadly wine counterfeiter, thought to be in their area of Southern California, Santa Barbara.
