Special Investigative Services Agents John Benchley, Evan Garrett and the rest of the SIS team join forces with a psychic assigned to the FBI, Dr. Gabrielle Dichenz, in order to track a killer. But Dr. Dichenz has problems of her own in the guise of a violent lover.

The bodies are piling up and all the clues defy normal everyday logic. The only evidence appears to be throats ripped out by teeth and bloody samples that catch fire in sunlight.
