When Jessica gets home to discover her boyfriend has dumped her by post-it note she turns to chocolate. But her best friend June encourages her to seek something else to build her spirits. June suggests yoga. At first Jessica is sceptical about doing yoga but decides to give it a try and is pleasantly surprised.

Jessica meets Skye, the sexy petite yoga instructor. Suddenly Jessica is overwhelmed by feelings she's never had before and wants to explore them.

As time passes it is obvious that Skye feels the same way about Jessica and it is then that Skye decides to invite her to take a private advance lesson.

What follows next blows Jessica's mind and all she wants is more. Will this become a relationship or will it just be an experiment and a ride of a life time?
