For Gabrielle, date night was an important tradition, no, a ritual. She banished her husband from the bedroom so she could get ready on her own, and the color of her shoes was the clue that told him what kind of a date night she wanted.At her own leaving do, Mike thought Gabrielle would behave herself. He knew her old boss, the office manager, had had the hots for her, but surely Gabrielle couldn't get up to her tricks with her old colleagues surrounding them. However, as the party wound down, Mike found himself as a chaperone for one of the girls as she waited for a taxi, which let his wife slip out of the door with Frank's arm around her, heading for a dark corner of the parking lot. It appeared blue shoes meant fewer limitations and even less clothing.
