Dustin and the Diplomat — Jade Astor

Cadet Dustin Ezerus is thrilled when he learns that his hero, intergalactic ambassador Praex Gallilu, is passing through the quadrant. Better yet, he's stopping at the academy to offer a lecture and accept an honorary degree. Dustin wastes no time in getting himself appointed to show Ambassador Gallilu around. If things work out the way he hopes, he'll be showing their distinguished guest more than just the academy's architectural features.

What he has in mind involves a much more intimate introduction to the student body...or at least one body in particular!
