A Meeting of the Minds — Jade Astor

Dane, a neuroscientist, is studying ESP when he meets Jesse, who claims to be psychic…and seems to know exactly what is on Dane's mind.

Dane, a graduate student in neuroscience, is helping a senior scientist at his university screen people to use in a TV documentary about ESP. The research is frustrating and appears to be going nowhere until a new subject, Jesse, shows up and says he can read minds and wants to take part in the experiments. Though Dane is skeptical, he is shocked when their minds link and Jesse seems to know exactly what is on Dane's mind.

As their mutual attraction grows, Dane begins to worry that Jesse's powers really are all that he claims. Because if they are, he will soon discover that Dane, too, has a secret.
