The new man at the party is dark, mysterious, smoking hot, and exactly what Troy wants. He charms him away from his many admirers and out the back door to a path that leads across three rickety wooden bridges before stopping at a secret cabin. The sexy stranger seems shy at first but when he demands to see the remaining bridges on the path, Troy quickly witnesses a change in him. He is rude, commanding, and he forcefully pulls Troy along the path to his own secret, the elusive seventh bridge where a man is anxiously awaiting his nightly prey.
Excerpt:
It was dark, with the only light coming from the small flashlight that Troy had found in the cabin. Rhett was even more gorgeous in the darkness. His skin blended into the night but his eyes stood out like headlights on a car. He held Troy's hand, gripping it tightly, and Troy thought the sexy islander suddenly seemed different somehow. The softness had vanished from his face and his actions were commanding.
“You want me to show you the way?”
Rhett pulled him by the hand, nearly knocking him off his feet. “I know where I'm going.” He turned his head to avoid eye contact with Troy and they walked deeper into the thick woods. They had crossed three more of the worn wooden bridges, Troy struggling to keep up with the fast pace of Rhett.
“I haven't been this far into the woods for a long time. How do you know about the seventh bridge?”
Rhett made no reply.

“It's all yours.”
“What?” Troy was a little afraid of JC. For all he knew, the hard looking man could be into cannibalism.
“Everything is mine or have you forgotten that? But thanks anyway, Rhett.” The look JC gave his supposed lover was one of domination and contempt.
Rhett sucked Troy's earlobe into his mouth and whispered, “Do this for me the way I left the party for you.”
Was this payback?
